Dental insurance is designed to assist you in covering some, but not all, of the costs of your dental care. Each insurance carrier participates with doctors at different levels. We assist with all insurance claim submissions, but our office is a non-restricted office. This means our care is not dictated by the insurance company, but by the treatment the Doctor feels is the best for you as a patient. We encourage you to stay informed as to what your dental benefit plan reimburses, and your plan limitations, co-payments, and maximums. If you must be referred for treatment, the practioners are chosen for their skill in a specific area of dentistry to give our patients the best possible treatment. Coverage through your specific plan should be confirmed.
We are a participating provider for many dental plans, but advise you to consult your insurance provider for confirmation. Most dental plans allow for out-of-network benefits, and we complete the forms and assist in the submission of all claims. Please bring your insurance plan booklet and card with you to your initial appointment so we can assist you in receiving the maximum benefits to which you are entitled.
Insurance contracts are always changing. Please check with your Human Resources department, or your insurance company to confirm coverage under your plan. if you are covered under a PPO/HMO plan, we encourage you to review their provider list, and to confirm coverage for your treatment done in our practice. Patient portions of charges for services rendered are due at the time of treatment. In an effort to assist you with making the cost of your dental care investment as easy and manageable as possible, we are happy to accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as forms of payment.
In addition we have partnered with CareCredit. They offer flexible financing options ( in most case, up to 18 months interest free). Applying is quick and easy with an almost immediate response if done online.

You are responsible for your scheduled appointments, and we request at least 24 hour notification from you, should you need to change your appointment time. In this way, another patient in need of treatment can be scheduled in an appropriate manner. Failure to extend this courtesy to our office may result in a charge for the open appointment time.
